Here are the results of the 2011 Wisconsin Forensic Coaches’ Association State Tournament, held on April 16th at Rippon College and Rippon Middle and High Schools. All of these finalists have earned automatic qualifications to next year’s Extemporaneous Speaking Tournament of Champions (TOC) at Northwestern University.
