Listed on this page are the qualifiers to the University of Kentucky Tournament of Champions (TOC), which will be held in Lexington, Kentucky on April 27-29, 2019.
To qualify, extempers must be a finalist at last year’s TOC, a semi-finalist or finalist at the 2018 Catholic Forensic League (CFL) Grand National Tournament or 2018 National Speech and Debate Association National Tournament, or receive two bids at invitational tournaments during 2018-2019.
